A silent auction was one of the highlights of the evening.

The EmPOWERment, Inc. CDC of Chapel Hill, North Carolina held its 2nd Annual Build-A-House fundraiser aimed at helping the organization with its operating costs. The theme for the event was "My Empowering Piece of the Puzzle". Both Private and public sector donors made contributions. The event which was held at Chapel Hill's Carolina Inn included a silent auction and raffle.
