The Initiative has provided core operating support, Targeted Investment funding and technical assistance to Northeastern CDC.

Projects assisted by our partnership include:

• Expanding their child care program to include three centers;
• Building a new 12,000 square foot "green" child care facility, located in Elizabeth City; and
• Currently partnering with the town of Winfall to build a conservation-based affordable housing subdivision known as Winfall Landing.
