Resilient Communities Loan Funding Available for Disaster Relief
The Initiative has loan products available for developers and businesses needing help to rebuild after recent disasters.
Hurricane Matthew:
Affordable Housing - for developers of affordable housing (multi-family and homeownership) to accelerate the development of “shovel-ready” projects to expand access to affordable housing in areas impacted by the hurricane. New Development Loan application available here.
Rental Housing Repair - for owners of rental housing whose properties were damaged in Hurricane Matthew. Landlord Repair Application available here.

Small Business Disaster Relief - Matthew, western wildfires, Tropical Storms Julia and Hermine:
Small businesses in any county affected by these disasters may be eligible for loans to help with recovery. Small Business Loan Application available here.
