NC County by County Affordable Housing Needs
The NC Housing Coalition has created county by county profiles of affordable housing needs. NCHC’s newly released County Profiles provide a snapshot of housing needs for each of the 100 counties in North Carolina. They provide data on cost-burdened households paying at least 30% of their income for housing, a comparison of what different jobs pay and changes in home prices, foreclosures, and rental options in our communities.
Designed for use by advocates both in their communities and in conversation and with local and state elected officials, these profiles provide an in-depth look at the myriad housing challenges faced by individuals across North Carolina.
